Cavs fall to Celtics in Summer League action

The Cavaliers captured their first Summer League win over the weekend, but they could not find that momentum to carry them to another victory. The Cavs fall to the Celtics 89-72.

Cavs rookie sensation, who has been shooting lights out for the team during Summer League, finished with 15 points (3/5 from three), five rebounds and two assists. Naz Mitrou-Long collected 13 points, six rebounds and assists and a steal.

Phil Booth had 11 points, two assists and a steal. Muhammad-Ali Abdur-Rahkman finished with eight points and a rebound. Overall, the Cavs shot 33.3% from the field and 39.4% from three point range.

The team really struggled shooting the ball against the Celtics, and just were outperformed offensively. The Cavs next game will be against the New Orleans Pelicans Wednesday, with a 7:30 p.m. Eastern tipoff.
